Chair:            Juan Cuevas 

Purpose:

To establish and execute an annual membership solicitation plan for the recruitment and retention of dues-paying members.

Specific Tasks/Duties:

·   Recruits and trains volunteers for the Membership Committee

·   Convenes, sets agenda and presides over Membership Committee Meetings

·   Along with other committee members, sets annual goal for dues-paying members

·   Prepares annual membership renewal and acquisition appeal letters and forms.

·   Regularly provides AHCC Board of Directors and General Assembly with a list of dues-paying members

·   Maintains member’s database

Reports:

The Membership Committee Chair is expected to deliver a verbal and written membership statues report at Board and General Assembly meetings.

Qualifications:

The Membership Committee Chair must be a Board member.
