Chair: Doras Davila
Purpose: To identify, develop and promote educational programs for AHCC members
Specific Tasks/Duties:
· Recruits and trains volunteers
· Convenes, sets agenda and presides over the Program Development Committee meetings
· Develops educational programs, seminars and workshops for members
· Along with other committee members, sets annual goals
· Explores partnering educational opportunities with other organizations
· Works with other members of the Board to promote events
· Regularly provides AHCC Board of Directors and General Assembly with a report
Meeting Schedule:
The Program Development Committee must meet at least 4 times annually, with a minimum of _____members. (Or meets every----of each month)
Reports:
The Program Development Committee Chair is expected to deliver a verbal and written status report at Board and General Assembly meetings
Qualifications:
The Program Development Committee Chair must be a Board member

Manufacturing: Through an award from the Governor’s Critical Skills Shortage Initiative, area manufacturing workers will receive core bi-lingual courses in team building, production processes, shop mathematics, adult basic education, advanced technology and other essential skills.

CORE FOUR©: Oversees the implementation of the Core Four business planning course, a free program that teaches the essentials of starting a business to entrepreneurs.
